This week, Google unveiled a wicked awesome new tool in Google Labs called App Inventor. I’ll let you guess what it does.
The tool makes it easy for anyone and everyone, programmers and non-programmers alike, to build their own Android app. And just a few days ago, Google extended invitations to the public. We submitted our request for an invitation on the 12th, so if we get accepted, I’ll be able to give you a more in-depth review.
It’s refreshing to see that Google is standing by the spirit of Android. HOWEVER, this is not an invitation to flood the app markets with apps of your cat meowing.
